Where to find my EU4 serial number

Hi

I bought the special EU4 pack in your shop and want to activate it on steam. But i have not received a serial code. The email contains only order number.

I believe you will get the key a few days before release

Hi David,

You will be sent a code to activate on steam when the game is released, this code should also enable you to register the game on the forum.
This is the same procedure for all retailers, the exception is, that if you buy direct from steam you get a separate forum activation code since you would lack the steam activation code, this code will also be available when the game is released. Anyone that received the code early was in error, and they do not and did not have any access to the actual game as a result of it.

maybe you should not send out emails then that have this sentence in it:

"Follow the on screen instructions and enter the code provided in this email when prompted"

Yes - Castellon was specifically talking about those of us who pre-ordered elsewhere and didn't get a key yet.
