Where to buy the game and Steam FAQ (includes how to get the forum key from Steam)

I've bought EU3 complete, but when registering the game, missed and registered this as EU3 (I'm just saw it a few seconds after ), now it says (and obvoiusly that's what it should) "Invalid key"
Is there any way to avert my stupidity and inattentiveness, and restore justice?

Update: I discovered a new feature today which invalidated one point in the Steam FAQ.

Steam now has a feature to not use DLC, which means you are able to turn off HTTT or Divine Wind. Note that this will still give you the most recent patch on that expansion.
