When i go to marry off a child early and i look through the list I always thought those were only Clan leaders families, but i guess theyre more then that. Anyway Ive seen Oda listed early on, where do they begin?

Oda dynasty start as a subject of Shiba clan. Both Oda Toshisada and Oda Toshihiro are kokujins, first one is related to Oda Nobunaga.

Historical characters are not scripted to born so even if you get child called Nobunaga it will be just chance. After the game starts its all random from there.
But you can always start at the 1551 start date to play with him.
