I'm using the mod with all modules (including the interface one) enabled, but I don't see the button to see the College of Cardinals anywhere. Looked into the Religion tab, and checked I have all DLC activated already.
Where is the College of Cardinals button?

We'd need to see your version.txt, like always. Describing it doesn't help. Next, we'd need to know if you'd tried loading a new game under the same constraints with ZERO external mods loaded. Then, we'd need at least a screenshot of where you expect the button to be but that it apparently isn't. All looks fine on my end.
Ah, I'll have to remember to ask that question next time it comes up.
