Where is the 4x tree limit mod gone?

I definitely need it as I've maxed out. I can still go to an empty part of the map and bulldoze some trees but eventually that won't be an option anymore and it's a pain in the ass to do.

I've noticed that if you build over a tree the game still counts it in the total. You have to actually bulldoze the tree before you build over for the game to take it away from the tally.

Yep, and then you bulldoze your road and buildings, they all came back! Crazy sorcery!
It is especially annoying when using the "overlay" plopping mode when constructing item (from NoPillars mod) - all the invisible tree mess around it will appear! That is seriously flawed!
I'm not entirely sure running the brush over roads and buildings can erase those invisible trees or not, haven't tested it to make sure.

Really??? I didn't know that. I thought when you build over the trees, they go back to tree credit. This must be fixed. I know now to bulldoze before I build then.

How do you verify this is happening?

How do you verify this is happening?

You can see it happening if you build a road through trees then bulldoze the road, all the same trees re-appear.

Now this doesn't verify that they are still counted, mod tools plugin on the workshop may help with that, but I have also seen the same behaviour in the asset editor and this does have a count.

Remove the path and the tree is still there.
