Where is Galaxie Zoner?

I played with Galaxie Zoner in Berlin Scenario, but I can't find it in Sandbox mod.

The train is suppose to appear from 2004 to present. I created sandbox games in 2010 -and nothing. I only see Musketeur C4 and Arnauld Porte.

Does anyone have the same problem?

That's because I made a mistake.
It starts in 2010 according to the manual. I don't know why I wrote 2004 in the wiki...

Edit: Just checked it: Galaxie Zoner appears in July 2010.
