I'm doing my first 25 tile city - and indeed my first really big long-term city with the monuments available.

I've plopped 4 of the monuments - haven't bothered with the fusion power plant yet as the solar panels are a nice feature of one of my industrial areas. Stayed up way too late last night adding another few districts.

Then looking at my city this morning, there's no longer any pollution around the standard industrial bits or the garbage incinerators. Have I bugged my city or do I get this due to the mega-hospital? Or the land-value boost?

If I peer really closely, there is just a smidge of purple pollution on the ground - so actually pollution has been massively reduced, rather than totally removed. I guess it could be the Eden Project...? In some ways, I'd like to still have a bit more pollution around as it makes my city a bit too clean and pleasant - I'd hope to have some less pleasant areas to try and get some differentiation across the city. But plenty more scope for fun - 25 tiles, 130K pop and loads more space to fill, so this single city is likely to keep me busy/happy for weeks to come :)
