I was reading on the wiki that you can get it from that merchant at the disfavored camp if you side with him, but I'm way past that point in the game. is there anywhere else I can get it? Cause that haste spell sounds really aweosme.
Where else can I get a sigil of guarded form?

You don't need to side with any faction to get it. Its on one of the available act 1 vendors. I'm sure it appears later in the game but I don't make much note of locations of runes I already have when I encounter them.
i missed this as well in my first playthrough (i did not want to get fear with the disfavoured). i never saw it through my playthrough, i did not go to the library in the second act, maybe you can find it there, but otherwise i did every area and sidequest and never got it.
