Where do I see a list of states' governing capacities?

Am I just dumb or is there no way to see at a glance the governing capacities of the states (like how much they take up, which I see when I click on a state individually)? I need it to see which states I should centralize, and so far I can't really see a sorted list of states by governing capacity, not in the macrobuilder nor in the ledger. Where do I see such a list?

IRC if you hover over the GC bar in the Stability tab you get a list of your states and how much GC they occupy.
