Where do I go for support? My key from the kickstarters not working. =(

I dunno man, I think I did everything correctly, put my key in.... left it a while... nothing... tried it again.... says keys already been used.... what did.... what did i do? I can't find any confirmation of owning the diddly game? I think maybe I like, double registered my forum account or something? I got no idea? Might of reset it over the one that had the game recorded on it? I dunno man.

If you have successfully entered the forum code from backerkit here on the PDX forums, then aside from trying to log out and back in, all you can do is wait. The system that distributes the badges/avatars is getting hit pretty hard right now from my understanding.

The forum is correct it is now the official HBS forums for Battletech.

before i can help you, what code are you talking about exactly?

If it is the PDX code for the forum badges you will have to click on "Register a game" and insert the key there. Then go to your own profile and click on owned items then on "sync owned items"

please make sure you are using the correct code, the forum code for the old BATTLETECH forum is pretty similar to what we got now you can check the description in backerkit.

Uhh, all the codes I got in that 'backerkit', or whatever. I 'think' I entered them all correctly but its giving me the diddly? Can't seem to find any form of confirmation that the game is registered on my account, or whatever. Like even if I gotta wait a bit before I can get a redeemable steam key, it'd just be nice to know my keys not lost in the immaterium somewhere ya know? D=

well then i can tell you that the codes worked which you can see with the small backer badge under your name ( the last one) you will be able to select Battletech avatars as well now

Have you tried going up to your username and opening the the tab, then go to "owned Items" it should bring you to the next image and click "sync owned items" then save.

edit: since you backer badge shows you've synced up. next is to click on your profile picture and open that up if you want to set an avatar. You should have access to a BattteTech themed list of them to load.

Yes. There is only one code right now. I had to log out and log back in after waiting about half an hour for it to recognize it and refresh my owned items.

I got them to appear by syncing my account with my Steam account on the Owned Items page.

Make sure it's the PDX forum code. Not the "old" forum code. It'll say PDX next to it.

Ugh, i feel like back on the old forums again, when i got all the badges i was supposed to, EXCEPT the BETA backer badge, hahaha
