This is how most countries start, is this right?

Afghanistan 0/0
Argentina 3/3
Saudi Arabia 0/0
Ecuador 0/0
Iraq 1/1
Oman 0/0
Yemen 0/0
Buthan 0/0

On the other hand, some countries have same Ics like vanilla or more.
Belgium 62/59, compared to 17/16 of Netherlands
Chile 18/17
Ireland 4/4
Swiss 13/12
Luxemburgo 15/16

How di this happened?

Just asking about it, couse it seems totally unbalanced, i used to play either Brazil or Argentina, now i can only play Brazil i guess..

It is intentional. We used a complex system to calculate final ICs, based on many factors, not only raw GDP or just industrial capacity. As a result some nations are not playable as in Vanilla, but this is giving more realistic results.
No more world conquest with Nepal :)

EDIT: Of course TRP is still beta, so some tweaking is still needed, but that will happen only after Paradox 1.3.

Well i bet minimal IC for any country should be 1, otherwise there is no chance for them to build supplies from their own troops, or anything.

About the ICs calculation Vanilla also have some kind of balance based on different calculations, i don't know, but i felt this thing only affected a few countries while the rest were left almost as they were in vanilla.

Im sure 0 IC for Ecuador and 3 IC for Argentina compared to 16 IC for LUX, looks odd.

And anyway all is about replayability, so i bet leaving us without the option for BUTHAN world conquer is a sad thing to do!

Playability with all countries is not our goal. It is realism. A world dominated by Bhutan is not realistic. If you don't like this point view, well, don't use TRP or you will be disappointed.

What is the formula you are using to calculate the new IC values? Im sure some countries IC aren't what they really should ATM.

Marlok did that. How can you tell that if you don't even know which factors we considered

Luxor perhaps putting in 1 or 2 IC for those countries that have 0 is viable so they can atleast support their starting army. At 0 IC they can't even do that.

This can be done. What do you propose? Province change or offmap IC?
