Hello! I bought Cities Skylines for almost 2 months ago and everything worked perfectly.
For about a month ago after I saved and closed the game, I could not play the game anymore:

I can open CS and then i get menu up with the "Continue game, New game Load game..." and so on.. but when I want to continue my game that i saved last time, It does not respond. When I click Continue Game the bar gets highlighted but NOTHING happens.. Also when I click Load game, I see nothing its all cleared and all i see is "City Name - " and then a small golden trophy with a red "block" sign on top of it. There is nothing i can click on except for Load and Cancel. When I hit Load, nothing happens either.
So Then my last option is Content manager... I open it and I see my saved games and a "Share" button as well as a "On/Off" button and then a "X" button.. and on 2 of my 4 saved games has clouds next to the "X" button.

So because of this reason I'd like a refund. I can play the game but after I save it, I cant play the saved game.

So where can I ask for a refund in this case? I bought a game which I can not play anymore.

Thanks.

Why not contact tech support? register your game and post in the proper forum. Why get a refund if they have a simple fix for you?

Yeah well I would if I could. Its not that easy for a casual gamer to find such a thing, I already posted in the Steam-CS Forum and got no help or what so ever.
Also even if its a simple fix.. I haven't been able to play this game for a month even tho i paid for it. This problem occurred after me updating the game so the fault is in the game and not at my point so there for they are responsible for this= a refund is relevant.

In general we do not provide official support over the Steam forums. There should be a post there forwarding you to our Tech support forums or if preferred to our zendesk. The link to the zendesk can also be found in my signature below this post.

As for requesting a refund, you will have to contact the seller you bought the game from directly. We cannot grant refunds if the game has not been bought from our own webshop.

A quote from the steam-website.
"As with most software products, unless required by local law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on games, DLC or in-game items purchased on our website or through the Steam Client."

So what do I do when I want a refund?
