Where can I get portrait background for agents?

I want to make agent mod, but I can't do because I don't know where to get the background of agent portraits.
Please help me..

Check your game files also: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV\tools\art\** has a couple .png backgrounds also.
