I saw a nice software called research assistant for HOI2, but I can't find it now, and I can't even find the seach button. anyone knows? thanks a tonnie!

Read the thread about it. It will tell you how long it takes to research a tech and which team is best. It's very easy to use and is very precise except when a research computer tech finishes or a minister change happens during the research.

It's an awesome tool. Pick the research, optionally select your techs, year you're in and such, and it will tell you the optimal team to put on that project, plus the 2nd fastet and 3rd fastest teams. It has helped me a gazillion times to pick *THE* team to the job, even when it's not that obvious. And, believe me, it often points to the team you wouldn't normally go with!
