Where can I find the EU4 Avatars?

The title may be misleading but where can I find the EU4 avatars on the forum if they exist? I can only pick avatars from CK2, EU3 and others but not EU4. Is this how it's meant to be or is something wrong here?

Yes, as Had a dad said, there are none. In fact there is a general lack of avatars for Paradoxes' newer games, which disappoints me.
