Where can i change combined arms bonus ?

Hi, i would like to know where to look for editing combined arms bonus.

EDIT : Ok, i found it in misc.txt but it seems that DH Full removed combined arms bonus. Does anyone know what is the reason for this change ?

I know that you are right that it was removed, but I don't know that exact rationale. If it was me, it would be because armored divisions were already combined arms formations.
