Where can find we find the numbers for "pop_attraction_tag"?

From common/ethics/00_ethics.

It has different pop_attraction_tags which effect how popular ethics become. However I can't find the numbers anywhere for how much each tag influences ethic attraction.

It's not in the defines.

Yep, it's not in static_modifiers.

I think the pop_attraction_tags are only for the description, used when hovering over the ethics in the factions screen. The values describing how much the attraction changes are under country_attraction and pop_attraction, also in the 00_ethics file.
