Where are tunnels in Cities? How long we have to wait?

Unfortunately without tunnels Cities will not top SC4 in many people books.. Sad that the game was rushed to release.

Where is my tunnels?

The tunnel tool should be as complete as in CXL, allowing even greater options and underground building facilities.
