Where are my space drugs?

Anyone else having trouble finding Zro?
I have heard it only spawns trough an anomaly on a gas giant after you researched the zro tech. By the mid game teh vast majority of the universe has been claimed already, how the fuck am i suposed to find Zro later on? Currently i was lucky that an FE blocked of a small section of the universe so that stayed unsurveyed for quite some time, and i delayed the opening of the L-gate quite some time due to having no acces to an actual gate.
In neither of these did i find any Zro (i was even running Map teh stars for more anomaly chance)

How am i suposed to use psi shields now? Why does this, of all things, have to be subjected to RNG? At least hardcode it that at least one zro deposits spawns somewhere. I don't care if i have to go to war with an empire on the literal other side of the galaxy, i'l gladly disolve my federation to get my hands on it... if only it would spawn.

That's more to answer your help plea more than anything else but you should be able to add zro using console command to orbital deposits, the necessary commands are on the wiki console commands sections under resources.
