Overall think some more events would be great, at present they are too random. Also I feel that Muslims in particular get a raw deal with only the Ramadan event ever so often.

I have to say I am really enjoying the increasing stat events, more of those would be awesome, plus I have never lost points and negative events when you are trying to increase a stat would be good especially if you have a really low score.
And allowing this events to continue as you grow would be great.
I really think that all Empires need some work in making it harder to keep together, I think the distance which was a huge factor in the day so mean that nobles in the area go for independence, but perhaps the leader of the movement usurps or creates a kingdom title meaning that all those little states will huddle together at de jure and all revolters get a claim on the title???
