When will the art book ship?

I pre-ordered the Field Marshal edition primarily for the expansion pass. However, since we're also getting a fancy-schmanzy art book with it, I'd like to know when it will ship. I want to make sure I'm around when it arrives. I live in an apartment house and my mail carrier has a nasty habit of just dropping stuff that won't fit in the mail box on the hallway floor.

I did some digging through the pinned pre-order thread they have up, and found you an answer...

The art book and stuff will be in your Steam directory when the game is released. It's all digital.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the info. The pre-order description didn't say so I assumed it would be an actual book. Oh well. As vDan85 wrote above, nothing is hard copy anymore.
