When will Hearts of Iron 4 be available on the Paradox Launcher?

I cannot use steam (I do still have access to the account though, long story) and I have linked my accounts. I owned EU4, Victoria 2 and HoI4 along with Stellaris and Cities Skylines. Im a big paradox fan. I'd like to know when, if at all, hearts of iron will be available to download on the Paradox Launcher.

Nothing has been announced about older games moving onto the client as yet.
