When will EUII Asian Gold come out?

I've bought one EUII English version from amazon.co.uk, however, I hope to have that Asian Gold Version, it was said to be published by typoon, a partner of paradox, but two years passed, and nothings has come out. Will this version really come out in the future?
What's more, none of paradox's games is sold in P.R. China, I'm a firm fan of paradox, but I can't buy it in my homeland, I have to ask my friend in Europe to buy it for me. It's really expensive (in china, games are not that expensive as in Europe, because people's incoming are much lower. however, when compared to people's income level, the price level of the game is just the same to Chinese and Eupropers) Can paradox sell them in China in the future?

We can't sell EU in China, as the government there likes to censor things, and EU was censored.
