When were the Regimental Training Grounds badly beaten with the nerf bat?

Used to be Regimental Training Grounds gave +1 knight per 2 levels. Now it doesn't. When did that happen?

I am pretty sure regimental grounds never gave +1 knight per 2 levels.

Actually, it was my mistake. I was thinking of Camelries, and forgetting that it was only the final 2 levels of the regimental grounds that gave the +1 knight.
