When we get defensive warfare improvements and finland ,winter war dlc ?

Defensive warfare in the Hearts of iron is just stand and wait there is no tactic or strategy on defense. Product rifles, send troops to frontline and just wait. Developers said defense is one of the areas they wanted to improve but in the last dlc they didnt touch it and soviets defends their territory for years in ww2.
I think releasing a finland dlc can be profitable because of the current geopolitical situtation of the world

For as long as Hoi4's division level movement and orders work the way they do, defensive warfare will always suck
