Look at gamesplanet. They are usually a couple percent under the steam or paradox store prices.

I already pay the heavily discounted third world price that Steam gives us South Americans to compensate for our complete lack of economic development. These websites are usually only worth it if you compare their prices to Steam in US Dollars. (But I’ll still check them out, just in case).
