There you go, better hearing it from the source than from ppl who can't tie their own bloody shoe laces together.

As for England, its an English speaking country. It depends on the publishers. I highly doubt there could be a tie in deal selling in central europe / Scandinavia AND England at the same time, so I'll guess you'll have to wait a while longer after the German / Scandi releases. How long? I'm not too sure, I don't think even Paradox knows 100%.

Sorry for this newbie question, but I'm dazed and confused. The game will be released in German, right? And in... uhm... Scandinavian? What exactly do you mean by a Scandinavian release? An English version released in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, or a Swedish version released in Sweden?

Personally I would prefer to let my Danish musketeers beat up good ol' Gustav Adolph in English, and not his own native tongue )

Why should they lose sales? And why is the language of a strategy game as deep as EU that important to you??? I read english fluently but that doesn't mean I like english better than danish. It means that if I read a book and somebody a few days later asks me whether the book was in danish or in english I'm not always sure of the answer...

I don't care what language the game is in, just that it's one I understand. It's the game that's important to me.

No, seriously: I've got misgivings myself over a Norwegian language edition of EU. The usual problem in non-English language games is bad translation; hopefully EU will correct this.

Last time somebody found something like this, it didn't take long before the date was changed, try looking at the thread http://www.europa-universalis.com/forums/Forum1/HTML/000219.html , so don't be to dissapointed when the release date is changed on those sites in a day or two.
The date on www.visionpark.dk (the danish distributor) at the present time has the 27th of November as the release date.
