There is a distributor for the Benelux so the game will be available in Belgium.
I checked the Het ComputerWinkeltje and GamesMania websites but they don't mention it in their database or release lists. So I don't know if it will be available in the majority of retail stores, or if you should order it on the web though...

Have a look at the 'first dutch review found' thread.
The publisher is hd interactive,
they have the license for all of the benelux.
The game will be out on feb 21.
It will sell for just 49.95 in the Netherlands, or Euro 22,70 only.
Haven't got any final news on a release date for Belgium, but you could always drop them an email.

I'm a Belgian and got it in German a week ago. Which is very nice.
