At the beginning of Victoria 3, the ruler of the Khedivate of Egypt was Muhammad Ali of Egypt. A man who had arisen as ruler of Egypt from his origins as the son of an Albanian tobacco merchant.
As such, so as to reflect Muhammad Ali's Albanian origin. I humbly posit, that were the Khedivate of Egypt be able to overpower their Turkish overlords. Players be able to empower oneself as the King of Albania.

He came pretty close to straight-up overthrowing the Ottomans, the great powers basically had to intervene to contain him, would be an interesting playthrough.

No, he does not rule all of the lands of the former Ottomans. He just rules an Albanian state about the size of the proposed Albanian Vilayet. He may be a great conqueror, but that doesn't mean he needs to be an Imperialist.

Just ignore Albanian Integral States of Egypt and Sudan.

I was thinking more a landing operation using his fleet, if we assume he goes the bloody carving route he's gotta carve much further than Istanbul in order to get to Albania
