Turkey gets one historical conquistador and one historical explorer. There is always the chance for random event C/E's but these seem to be quite rare.
Your best bet? DOW Spain or Portugal and steal their maps in a naval battle. Otherwise you'll never see most of the world.
Colonial dynamism comes sometime in the early/mid sixteenth century. I think I peaked at three colonists a year though. CD doesn't last too long though. By the 1650s you are back to one colonist a year from any shipyard you have (not multiplied for having 2 or more). Grab Ragusa ASAP. It's a national province so the CB is in place, and allows you to weaken Venice which has the potential to be a big nuisance.
