If you wanted you could pre-order on the 6/6/2016, 1 minute before the game goes live and you would still get the pre-order bonus. It is possible until the game is officially released sometime during the 6th of June, most likely late afternoon. I am sure there is going to be a release stream like there was for Stellaris tho.
