When do you expect Vicky 3?

eh, If Johan wasn't just trolling, then they've already started work on it. At least that's how I take it when he said "when we announce Victoria 3..." I could be wrong, but I think the 2016 guess is probably correct.
2016 or 2017, if it actually ends up getting made. I don't hold out much hope on that front.
I don't think that EU: Rome 2 will happen (duh).

And that only if Vicky 3 turns out to be the next game. I could as well understand that they make CK3 right away as that game turned out to be one of their most successful ones.

Well hopefully they realize that if they can get Vicky 3 right just like CK and EU4, they would have another popular series.
Vicky has a very loyal fanbase at the moment and if the game is improved upon i see no reason Vicky 3 wont be able to rival CK2 and EU4
Based on the previous comments of the Paradox staff it's as likely to happen as Vicky 3.
I have my fingers crossed for an announcement later this year.

they'll need a major project to work on, since HOI 4 will be brand new, and eu4 and ck2 have their long term support dev teams in place, as HoI 4 bleeds team members they have no runemaster or east-west to go work on
The secret project which paradox is going to announce soon is called "project Augustus". Considering that EvW was codenamed project Reagan it wouldn't be difficult to guess the time period in which project Augustus takes place, for all those saying EUR:2 isn't going to happen.

They said at some point that they currently aren´t working on Rome II. Also Augustus isn´t a sequel. And IIRC HoI4 was Project Nero, so i think that project names aren´t always connected with the actual game.
At OP: I´d hope for late 2016.
a new rome game doesnt -have- to be a sequel, considering EU rome was a spinoff, they could be making an entirely new Rome IP
I don't expect Rome 2 anytime soon, if ever. Victoria 3 just might be announced after HOI IV.
My whois investigation suggests that Paradox doesn't own the domain victoria3.com, but they own crusaderkings5.com and europauniversalis7.com. It seems to indicate that there won't be a V3 anytime soon. Of course there could be another name for a Victorian era game, or they could buy up the domain at the last minute.
