When do we recieve Steam keys

Hi! If you pre-ordered from our web store you should have received a key at 15.00 CEST when the game was released. Has it arrived?

Hi, not sure how pre-order at humble store work, I'll see if I can get someone over there to tell me where you should look. In the mean time, have you received anything by e-mail?

I'm afraid I have not recieved anything by email

They're not up and about yet (Timezones, my life long nemesis!) but we've pinged them about it. However I would suggest sending an e-mail to their support as well.

Also, out of curiosity, did you tweet us about this as well?

It was not me who tweeted, while I do have one and follow Paradox, I have not tweeted about this.

Ok cool, then we know atleast two people have the same issue!
We'll see what we can do, but if you haven't gotten a key when you feel well enough to get up again please contact their support as well, as we can't do all that much if we're not the retailer. Feel better!

Teensy humble store update:
They're based on San Fransisco so they'll probably send out keys as soon as they start they day (should be in a couple of hours, not sure about the time zones (again, my NEMESIS!)). We've pinged them to make sure nothing is amiss. If you do get your key please ping me so I know!

UPDATE AT 19.50 CEST: We've got info that Humble keys should now be available!

No, the key hasn't arrived. It should have been sent to me as an email, right? Its not in the spam folder either.

To be sure I re-checked that my e-mail address is set correctly in my Paradox account, which is the case.
