The first two question seems easy: they core/convert as soon as they can. That said, I have seen my vassal never coring Warsaw due to its huge basetax and the +100% hostile coring cost... Is there a threshold for this over which the AI won't bother to core?

I'm also curious when will a vassal do cultural convert. I thought if a culture is not accepted and that vassal gets Religious it will convert, but it doesn't seem to be the case...

Can anyone point to some formulas/experiments on this? Thank you!

(By the way, in case you are wondering, I just finished my Yaroslavl > Russia game. I find Muscovy quite useful for religious conversion. I am wondering whether I can use it to its extreme by extracting its colonization tendency and cultural conversion ability too...)

Coring provinces is very nearly the highest priority, though I think boosting stability when it's negative is higher, at least if it's causing unrest. Cultural conversion has a low priority, and they should only do that if they would otherwise hit ahead of time penalties on dip tech. I don't think religious ideas really changes the AI logic there.

Colonizing just requires them to have at least 8 ducats per month to spare on it, they will even do it if the prognosis for finishing that colony is 200 years at the moment if they have that money (think a CN colonizing a tropical province).

I'm really not sure about the AI logic on converting religion, but I would guess they refuse to convert anything that would take over 100 months (so less then 1% monthly progress). They're also probably less likely to convert things if they have positive tolerance for that religion, though I'm not sure how that really changes their decisionmaking. As a rule of thumb, if your vassals don't get religious ideas, you'll probably have to convert pretty much everything yourself :p

Support your vasall with 10-11 ducats for 1 month and he will most time colonize from alone. Most time you need 2 month. Works only in peacetime. Vasalls colonize not provinces with high taxes first. They look where is the off chance of aggression. But have a eye of this vasall colony. Sometimes they become malus events for colonygrowth -199. And they will colonize most time the same province again and again... Wait 5 years for give new ducats.

I have seen many times coring provinces and convert religion but never change culture. Have you a idea how can i stop my vasall to convert to a other religion (westernisation) how my own? Or how he convert to my religion? There is not the same mechanic how in EU III.
