I'm jealous. I love it when other countries hyper-blob but they usually fall to pieces on their own. This can be prevented by playing on hard mode where they recieve a generous War Exhaustion reduction every month and get infamy reduction.
Another huge cause of AI crumbling is disconnected provinces. The AI is absolutely dire at taking care of military access and naval transport.
