When do Preorder Keys Get Sent?

I purchased Mass Transit earlier today and noticed that my game has updated but I haven't recieved the key to my email as stated it would.

I was just wondering if anyone knew what time keys get sent out to people as I have never ordered direct from CO or Paradox before, usually I just buy through Steam.

it's showing that I have it under my name here on the forums as I see the icon but im still waiting for my code

check on the paradox account page at the top, in the keys section there there should be an activate button if you're linked to your steam account
