When does Anschluss fire? Are there any prequisites or after-bites?

Same for Spanish Civil War, Purges and Automeddon.

You know there is an event folder with all these events in nice plain text format: /db/events/[country].txt

Anschluss fires (depending on game version) around March 12th 1938 and requires Germany to be at peace and not allied to Austria.

Spanish Civil War fires around June to August 1936. Automedon I have no idea. Generally you can bet on the events firing around the historical dates, the exception being Pearl Harbour which is strangely coded and thus usually fires much too late.

1941 for me. Also, will Poland ever want peace in Danzig or War?

Yes, but then you're screwed, as from a game perspective that's the least desirable outcome ;)

Does Sealowe fire?
Not for a Human player... if you want to invade England, you must decide on the timing, yourself.

There is an AI-only event that fires after the fall of France, which gives the AI an 80% chance of choosing to attack the Balkans and then the USSR, or a 20% chance of choosing to attack Republican Spain and then England... assuming that enough Naval Transports exist.

Or the London Accords? Or are they (LA) fake?
The London Accords were in 2007. I assume that you mean the London Naval Treaty. No, it's not in the game. In real life, Japan refused to ratify it anyway, which triggered the "Escalator Clause" for the actual signatories... so the London Treaty was basically a "dead letter" almost as soon as it was signed.
