When can you have a Queen monarch?

I've gone through a lot of the monarch lists for countries and I can say that most of them have 3 names all with very, very low chances at the bottom of the list that are female, and then a few other countries have queens with higher percentages up with the rest of the kings. Hainaut, Brabant, and England all have a higher than normal chance for a queen, IIRC.

As others have noted, Castile has a very high chance, mainly so the Iberian Wedding is likely to occur (since it requires Aragon and Castile to have opposite gendered monarchs).

As it should be, actually France should have a 0 % chance of getting a Queen since they have 'always' had a agnatic succession order from what I know atleast.

Because the only things that happen in PDS games are what happend historically.

Plus, it's so ahistorical for a long standing agnatic succession to suddenly accept female rulers! Nothing like that EVER happened.

I see Castille/Aragon/Spain getting Alejandra very often. Also noteworthy was Naples, who had Giovanna. Austria has Maria Teresa. In my game as Spain, I had Maria I and Maria II. Russia gets queens too, like Yekaterina and Anna, along with England, who gets Anne, Mary, and Elizabeth.

That's not all, in one of my games as Prussia, I got Helene I, surprisingly. Byzantium can also get Helene as well for a queen.

Not in the France of our timeframe, they'd rather skip to branch families that's what happened.

As others have said, there needs to be queen names in either the country's file or in the primary culture's file. Otherwise it can't happen.
