You don't have it in GG as well? Sometimes you get both GG and Steam versions from them.

You are supposed to get the GG converter in the ingame store in CK2 when preordering from GG.
We going to sort out GG versions of the converter for you who pre-ordered from them. Some trolls in the communication going on.
