When will guys like Quill18 be able to start streaming is it before launch or not until then?

With Stellaris it was something like 2 weeks before release... If I'm not mistaken.

Really? I think most Youutubers got to play it a few days before release. A week at most.
Well technically they had youtubers play HoI4 together awhile ago but it is pretty outdated now.
Ya Im not talking about the multiplayer battles they have had I would like to just watch some streams of some more single player games waiting for WWW is hard lol especially since it usually does not get posted to the tube until Thursday.
