It depends to be honest. If you throw coins or any other "hard cash" we'll most likely respond with snowballs or - in the case of summer - dandelion catapults. Both are fun and all but, and I'm going out on a limb here, they are not very similar to how we expect CSL to turn out. So that'd be exciting.
In the case of paper money we have a more artistic scenario at hand. Preferably you'd design buildings using any number of notes (up to the generally accepted standard of 10), but then value comes into play and the inflation clause of 09' can be interpreted pretty openly, leaving for more massive constructions. We're actually not too keen on rules to be fair, so origami vehicles (or swans!) will be considered as applicants. Nevertheless they must be delivered via throwing, that's the important part.
We cant guarantee that the steam delivery mules will eat your papercraft though, so the game might not be delivered faster after all. It's up to you.
