When allying a nation, that nation should stop warning you

Did it seriously just discard the text portion of the post? Basically I explained that Jaunpur is boxing me in by allying almost every other nation bordering me, made up a conversation between an envoy and Jaunpur's Sultan highlighting the absurdity of situation.
I checked if I can declare war anyway and call them later, but Jaunpur will get truce from effectively refusing a CTA. One workaround that could work is to declare war on nation that is unaffected by the warning but it's impractical in this situation and would make me waste 10 favors even in most optimal of conditions.
