When a Racket loves a Racket very much

So I had bought 4 racket pops for 500 alloys from the caravan and then this happened:

I went to check what the hell is happening on Rubica and found this:

I'm pretty sure those arid preference pre-sapients weren't there before. Also species list doesn't show any half-Racket-half-Racket:

So I guess the lesson here is that the 'special hug' between two Rackets produces Dethakkan offspring, who is so disgusted by such inter-Racket relations, that he/she/it rebels and becomes a conservative.

Wow. The Dethakkan was so overwhelmed by disgust that its brain shrunk to an earlier evolutionary stage in order to avoid having to deal with the same trauma a second time. Epic.
