Whats up with this release date!??

In both Denmark, Norway and Sweden i'm pretty sure it's a long weekend this weekend.. so the game will be released AFTER we've all had a good long 4 days weekend where we actually could be playing the game and forgetting we have jobs, kids, wifes etc etc...

I've been thinking about it for some time now, and i really feel it's the wrong decision to let us have it only when it's normal working days again...

Couldn't we at least if prebought get the possibility to play the game during the weekend? We've all seen the friendly blorg streams and we know it's workable!

Come one! I've been playing your games since EU2 release and i'm basically buying all your titles (grand strategy) but this is simply wack! Please let us enjoy the game in the weekend during the night time like it was supposed to be played, with lots of coca cola, sleepless nights and chips!

Do a prerelease or something, show that you really care for your hardcore fans who've been following and supporting your company for many years now.

why make a new thread about this that has been explained already its to allow a full working week for bug fixing immediately rather than a delay of 2 days where bugs could be severe

Wanted to say this myself. Paradox devs definitely deserve a long weekend to rest up before launch. Unfortunately, I'm sure that there will be a more than a few fun bugs discovered during the multiplayer event that is going on now that will need urgent fixes before launch on Monday.

I'm just happy we get the game now, my original guess was months away. For bug fixing and such, Monday release is ten times better than a holiday release.

Paradox make plans for the release. Now, there are only six days until they will release it. I think: They cannot change this plan in a such short time. So, monday 9th is ok
