I agree with the Spain not colonizing comment. Nothing quite like getting to the New World in the 1530's with your first explorer, and finding a couple English Trading Posts - and nothing else. (Portugal had earlier been annexed by Castile so there were no Portugese colonies either).
Other than that it would be the Holstein Empire running from Antyla to Samaria. No idea how the Northerners even became involved in the Levant in the first place, much less how the managed to take Teke, Karaman, and portions of the Mameluke territory.
