Patch 1.04.
Genoa control areas on the black sea at the start of 1419? Is that historically accurate? I do not remember any such control from my history studies. I'll have to look this up.
By items in the balkans I mean England SOMEHOW how gotten control of Ragusa, Austria controlled Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia, Venice controlled Albania, and Ottomon the rest south of the river. Still, no border between England and Ottoman. But war was declared. And eventually settled after several years for 25 ducats. Oh .. and how did England try to attack? England already had military access through Bradenberg (me). So it landed forces (and kept doing so) and started moving SE from Oldenburg. Asked for and got access through Bohemia. Keep moving. Asked for and got access through Hungary. Keep moving. Finally attacks Bulgaria. Interesting.
England in Ragusa is sort of like seeing Aragon in Friesen or Burgandy in Kexholm. Now, if someone would just report Maya on Inca in Europe somewhere
