Umera in Arabic is the plural of Amir which means prince or noble. So the Umera are the Nobility Estate for Muslim nations.
Ulema is the plural of Alim which means savant or teacher, and is used in this context to refer to religious scholars and as such represent the Clergy estate for Muslim nations in the game.
