What's left on the table for us to influence?

Having been around the forums long enough I know how well Paradox listens to the forumites about suggestions to improve the game (just look at HOI 1.00 to 1.06). However this grey area before Beta testing starts (and as the sticky at the top says: 'They'll let us know when'), has always left me with a hesistancy to post too much for fear of just wasting my time.

I know the betas try to pass on as much good information, that they find on the forums, as they can, but my question still stands. What's left at this point in the development cycle of HOI2 that we can still influence (to any degree)?

Probably very little.

By this time the design has been done and the coding will follow the design until the game is playable enough for the betas to see if there are problems with the design.

That is not to say that what you post is ignored - it is just deferred for a while.

One thing that I'm sure the devs would always be appreciative of would be hardcore raw statistics, events that absolutely positively cannot be ignored, perhaps even... country descriptions?
