It is absolutely possible to build planes and tanks toward the end game. They come as brigades to add to your divisions, since neither was implemented in a large scale during the time period of Victoria. I'm not promising that you will get them in each and every game, mind you.

Guys, is there any realistic way of getting Finland off Russia? Because from where I'm sat it seems unachievable...

- Russia always seems to have a huge number of divisions in Finland.
- They seem to also have enough to fight Britain, France and the Ottoman Empire as well. I even got Prussia to attack them, and yet they can seemingly stand alone against the world! They have troops without number, a navy far bigger than my own, their war exhaustion never rises while mine is always through the roof due to my low population.

Does leaving Finland with Russia, and instead focusing on colonisation and industry make for a stronger Sweden/Scandanavia in the long run? If not, does anyone who's successfully liberated Finland with military force have any tips on how to go about it? I built 12 divisions pre-war, and mobilised 8. I can't really do much more than that as money making capacity is weak early on.
