What's going on with truces? Bugged?

I still have a truce with England until June 4th 1458. The problem is that it's now June 12th 1458... and I still have a truce with them. Something similar happened when I had a truce with Nevers, only at the expiration of the truce, it was somehow reinstated for another 4 years.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Bugs. A few diplomatic actions now seem to happen on the monthly tic instead of the actual date. Fabricating claims is another one.

Is it normal for a country to get a 5 year truce against another country that lifted their guarantee?

Example: I guaranteed Bar waiting for a truce to expire. As soon as it expired, I lifted the guarantee and attempted to declare war but saw the truce returned. I guess this isn't a bug but a way to protect against trickery?
